Jyotirmoy believes that mutual respect, honesty, integrity and willingness to work together are necessary to work in a community organization and strives to reflect those in his actions. His appeal to the community is to remain engaged, to remain committed and to come forward to make BAM’s mission successful for the years to come.
Snehasish is a long time member of the community and is involved with community events for the last several years. He is a fun-loving person and very passionate about sports. He believes in giving back to the community by volunteering in nonprofit organizations.
Binita has a passion for community involvement and social causes. She serves in non-profit organizations and would love to leverage her Medical Device leadership experience to make the world a better place. Binita loves to travel and watch soccer & football games with friends and family. One of her focus areas is to strengthen the long-term financial goals for BAM.
Abhradeep is an active member of BAM and strong believer of Bengali philosophy and culture. He is an optimist. He believes in spreading the rich Bengali history and ideology to our growing community.
Debasmita's goal is to keep our community live and connected through our wide variety of cultural programs in different events that comprises of literature, drama, folk music, modern song, and classical music and much more. At the same time, her vision is to engage and involve the future generations into the realm of rich Bengali culture, festivals and traditions.
Amlan is very passionate about music and food. He loves to spend time with his daughter and see her growing. He wants to use his experience to improve Associations communication channel and connect everyone who wants to embrace Bengali culture and contribute.
Nila is a 2nd generation Bengali American brought up in Pittsburgh, PA. She feels it’s important for a 2nd generation Bengali American represent themselves here in the community. She is driven to promote the rich Bengali cultural values to the growing youth here in the Twin Cities.
