“Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much” Hellen Keller
I have been living in Minneapolis for the last 13.5 years with my family. It took me some time to adjust to the winter, but now I proudly call it my home . My volunteering journey started in my daughter’s school district , and I have volunteered in various capacities from lunch room to chairing cultural committee . Interestingly, I followed my daughter’s footsteps in volunteering on the BAM platform . As a family, we volunteered in BAM events and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . I look forward to serving the community with other team members . I firmly believe that there is more power in “we “ than just “I” .
